Collection, Delivery & Return Policies
We accept EFT as well as Credit & Debit Cards for Payment.
Unpaid Orders will be held for a maximum of 2 days only – thereafter it will be sold to the next interested Buyer.
Collection is available from my home in Durbanville, alternatively from Therapy Boutique in Kenilworth. Please confirm availability prior to collection – it may take up to 72 Hours to ensure that the garment is at the correct venue. - Free delivery over R1000 to major cities in SA, for Outer lying Areas, please request the cost for courier checkout.
- Orders below R1000 will be subject to a courier fee of R100 for local deliveries, or as quoted by the Courier Company on Checkout.
- All orders are dispatched with our couriers and arrive within 3-5 working days (for main cities in South Africa) provided that the product is in stock.
- You will be required to sign for delivery. We suggest providing a daytime address where someone will be able to sign between 9am and 5pm.
- If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left with someone at the property who will be required to sign e.g. staff.
- Every order has a tracking number, which can be used to trace your parcel online.
- We unfortunately do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or if the item is damaged upon delivery, the issue must be brought to our attention via email within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If the garment is confirmed defective, the defective garment must be returned to us in its original packaging and we will send a replacement. If you are not happy to receive a replacement, we will give you a credit note, an alternative garment, or a refund.
- We have a 7 day returns policy – if 7 days have gone by since you received the goods, we are not able to offer you an exchange, credit or refund.
- To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the tag still attached. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to customer error/loss, the garment will not be refunded/exchanged.
- SALE ITEMS: Please note that we have a no refund/returns policy on all sale items.
- To return a garment, you will need to mail email@example.com with an invoice or proof of purchase.
- All return must be made to 4 Jasmyn Street, Eversdal, Durbanville, 7550, Cape Town. Please follow the return shipping procedure below to complete the return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 Business days days (excluding shipping costs).
- For any refunds or exchanges, you will need to return the garment to 4 Jasmyn Street, Eversdal, Durbanville.
- Return shipping is at the cost and liability of the customer.
- Once your item/s have been received by us, your desired item/s will be delivered to you at a service fee quoted by the courier.
- If you are shipping an item over R1500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Should you wish to exchange a garment for a different size or style, please mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the items you wish to exchange. We’ll get back to you to confirm if the exchange is possible or what options are available to you.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
